It is what the plate attaches to.

This was made because the doorbell does not come with various mounts and as a replacement if one gets damaged!

Comes with 4 x #6 Wood Screws
(this mount uses different screw holes to attach to the structure as depicted in the pictures!)

All mounts are offset with no angles.
